Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, sadly we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

In the case that your item fails to provide you with satisfied result, we can help you refund but proof of use over a 30 day period must be submitted.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often a necessary processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or replacement items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you would like to exchange it, we can offer a replacement. Replacement of your purchase voids free returns.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 10 USD, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
